Coffee Description By Francesco

This coffee is the perfect answer to the question: “Do you work only with Colombian coffee?”
We are working to make you discover the different regions of Colombia through the “classic” washed coffee.
This batch was produced in Nariño, a region renowned for its quality coffee production and for its volcanic soils, which make it one of the most fertile areas in Colombia.

This coffee is produced by small farmers in El Tablón de Gómez, Nariño. This small village is located to the north-east of Nariño and it is characterised by its mountainous topography. The cold climate is perfect for the cherries to ripen slowly, resulting in a sweet coffee.

Process

The producers are located at altitudes between 1800 and 2100m. Important altitudes that give us a clue: the slow ripening of the cherries and the 15/25 days of drying that give us a cup with notes of honey, red berries and figs.
