Coffee Description By Gaby

This coffee is the perfect answer to the question, “Do you only have Colombian coffee?”
We are constantly working to introduce you to different regions through the “classic” washed Colombian coffee.

This coffee takes us to El Tablón de Gómez, a small village northeast of Nariño, between 1800 and 2100 masl. Important altitudes that create an ecosystem where the slow ripening of the cherries can take place.
These varieties are grown by several small producers in this area.

Process

Ripe cherries are hand picked, depulped and fermented for 12 hours. They are then dried for 15-20 days, depending on the weather conditions.
