We started our journey in the world of coffee as two passionate and curious consumers. In each new city we visited, we dedicated part of our time to discovering coffee shops, roasters and producers depending on the region. Soon we knew that we wanted to go beyond our passion and build our lives around coffee, so we trained ourselves with professional courses.
Thanks to our gastronomic studies in Pollenzo (Italy), we approached coffee in a holistic way, paying great attention to the agricultural aspect and the variables during the production and roasting processes, in order to enhance the work of each farmer. Practices that allow us to obtain the desired sensory experience and high quality product.
Our purpose is to raise awareness of the coffee supply chain, create a close relationship between consumers and producers at the source, and highlight our friend’s work on the farm through roasting. All while enjoying delicious cups of coffee with you.
After a year of visiting the producers in Colombia, we import the green coffee directly in Italy. We pay the producers a fair price for their work, which is agreed upon with them, and we link the origin to the consuming countries.
We collaborate with friends who grow coffee in Colombia and who share our values and mindset.
By giving coffee its proper value and promoting its culture, we motivate young professionals to continue the family business and to dedicate themselves to research and quality.

Colombia has 32 departments, of which 22 are coffee growing regions, and thanks to the terroir, genetic material and technological improvements in coffee production, it is possible to offer -with one Origin- different cup profiles, from the “classic” Colombian coffee to more elegant floral notes and fruity flavors.
We are fortunate to visit and work closely with exceptional farmers who share our beliefs and mindset. Our goal is to maintain a stable and transparent relationship with producers and continue to grow together with responsibility, fair prices and joy.
We care about the environment. That is why our bags are mono-material and everything, including the valve and zipper, is made of mono plastic. We are aware that the industry needs to find smarter and better alternatives, but in the meantime we believe that mono plastic bags are the most suitable option for our coffee and the environment. They are fully recyclable and they preserve freshness and flavor for several months.
