This coffee is the perfect answer to the question, “Do you only have Colombian coffee?”
We are constantly working to introduce you to different regions through the “classic” washed Colombian coffee.
The ripest cherries are carefully handpicked at peak maturity and sorted by flotation to remove any defective fruit.
The cherries are then depulped and a 30-hour underwater fermentation process takes place, designed to enhance the coffee’s complexity, structure, and clarity. Finally, the coffee is washed with clean water and slowly dried over 11 days to ensure stability.
