About Cacao Disidente

Cacao Disidente dreams of chocolates capable of changing realities, and they work with those who make this dream possible. Working hand in hand with cacao farmers, Cacao Disidente researches, develops, and selects the cacaos with the greatest aromatic potential produced in Colombia. Together with producers, they create a chocolate offering that enhances the sensorial, botanical, and human diversity of Colombian specialty cocoa.

After years of dissent in cocoa production, the producers who work with Cacao Disidente are considered the leading figures in specialty cocoa farming in Colombia. With them, they have built relationships that transcend the commercial, based on trust, the exchange of knowledge, and mutual benefit.

Every time a piece of a chocolate bar of Cacao Disidente melts under the palate, sensations that evoke the richness and fertility that palpitates in the lands of Colombia bloom.

Marañot

Marañot is a tribute to gianduia, produced in the Italian region of Piedmont. This product is 100% Colombian.
Cacao Disidente substituted the hazelnuts in the original gianduia with cashews from the Orinoquía region. When combined with micro-lots of cacao from the same region, they create a sweet, creamy bar with a rich texture.
